But also thanks to this movement, it became even easier to launder money at auctions for artistic works, such as the sale of "comedian" for $120,000, a work that consisted of a banana taped to the wall with duct tape. Days after it was sold, the banana was devoured by an actor visiting the exhibition, calling his performance "Hungry Artist". At least there was a lesson from Pop Art: objects are not the expression of art, but the events derived from its creations.
